Wood carvers Mike Willeson and Arne Bortnem will emphasize the importance of carving as a healthy alternative to reading or watching TV. The event is free and open to the public. This event is part of The Big Read, a program of the National Endowment for the Arts in partnership with Arts Midwest and the SD Center for the Book, a program of the SD Humanities Council.
